Ingredients

1/2 tbsp butter, unsalted 7 g
1 2/3 cup snow peas 150 g
4 button (white) mushrooms, sliced 55 g
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable broth 23 mL
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]

Method

  1. Prepare the snow peas: Wash, drain well and leave whole; slice the mushrooms; mince the garlic.
  2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add peas, mushrooms and broth. Cook for 5 min or until the broth evaporates and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in garlic and sauté until fragrant, an additional minute. Add salt and pepper, then serve.
