Ingredients

6 apples, peeled then cut into 5 mm slices 1.1 kg
2 tbsp sugar 24 g
2 tbsp margarine non-hydrogenated 28 g
1 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon 5 g

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C/400°F.
  2. Peel the apples, remove and discard the cores, then cut them into 5 mm slices. Lightly grease an oven-safe dish with a little bit of margarine. Arrange the slices into the dish, then sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. Add the remaining margarine in small pieces. Bake 12-15 min.
  3. Serve with vanilla ice-cream.
