Ingredients

1/4 cup rolled oats 26 g
1 pears 150 g
2 fresh dates 50 g
1 cup water 250 mL

Before you start

A blender or food processor will be very useful to make the purée.

Method

  1. Peel the pear and chop into small chunks.
  2. In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring to a boil the water, pear and oats. Simmer for 10 min. Set aside to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, put the dates in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Let them soak for 10 min. Take the dates out of the water and remove pits.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Puree the ingredients until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Observations

The fruit puree keeps up to 10 days in the refrigerator or up to 4 months in the freezer.
