Ingredients

1 cup raspberries, frozen 120 g
4 lemons, freshly squeezed 480 g
4 limes, freshly squeezed 280 g
1/2 cup sugar 100 g
1/2 tsp salt 2 g
7 cups water 1.75 L

Method

  1. In a bowl, microwave the raspberries until melted, about 60 sec on high. Strain the raspberries with a mesh strainer to squeeze out the juice of the berries. Discard the raspberries and keep the juice.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the raspberry, lemon and lime juice, the sugar, salt and water. Continue cooking gently until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Transfer into a bottle, then cool in the fridge and consume cold during sports.
