A light and flavourful dressing.

Ingredients

2 tbsp rice vinegar 30 mL
1 tbsp soy sauce, low-sodium 15 mL
1 tbsp canola oil 15 mL
1 tsp sesame seed oil 5 mL
2 tbsp water 30 mL
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted [optional] 10 g

Method

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Shake well for 1 min.

Remarks

This vinaigrette keeps 1 week in the fridge.
