Chicken, Apple and Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

2 wheat tortillas, large 130 g
2 apples, cut into thin slices 360 g
1/2 red onions, chopped 80 g
Grilled Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Dijon mustard 30 mL
3 tbsp sour cream 45 mL
1 tbsp lemon, freshly squeezed 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp curry powder 2 g
2/3 cup Cheddar cheese, grated 50 g

Method

  1. Put the tortillas on a working surface. Portion out the apples, onion and chicken onto the tortillas. In a small bowl, mix well the mustard, sour cream, lemon juice and curry. Spread this mixture evenly on the tortillas, then top with the cheese. Roll each tortilla into a wrap and serve.

We liked it very much as is. No need for extra veggies. Agree that avocado may be a nice addition, but this wrap makes already 580 calories and I do not want more. Maybe just a few salad leaves.

It was good, but the wrap felt empty. I agree that lettuce and avocado would have been a good addition. The chicken was really good though and I definitely wouldn't put as much sauce next time. Thank you

I also think I have put to much mustard on it. Maybe mixed with yogurt or light mayo. Other veggies could also have been good. Portion was good.

Chicken was tender. I enjoyed the dairy free sauce but i do love strong dijon. Avocado would make it nice and id prefer that than apples. I also liked the lentil paté w crackers
