Ingredients

1/3 cup oats, organic, gluten-free 30 g
2/3 cup water 170 mL
salt, a pinch

Method

Put the oats, water, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring it all to a boil, stirring, then remove from heat, cover and let sit for about 5 or 7 min, so that there will be some 'chew' to it. Serve.
