Ingredients

??? peanut butter, natural ???
??? butter, unsalted, melted ???
??? cocoa powder ???
??? liquid stevia ???
??? flaked almonds ???
??? aluminum foil ???

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the almonds, until a smooth texture is reached. Chill the mixture 15 min in the freezer.
  2. Form 18 smalls balls with the mixture, the roll them in the flaked almonds. Line a baking sheet with aluminum paper then transfer the balls to the sheet and chill 30 min in the freezer.
  3. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
