Ingredients

1/4 baguette   70 g
2 tsp garlic margarine, or garlic butter   9 g
1 tsp herbes de Provence   1 g

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 205ºC/400ºF.
  2. Slice the baguette into 2 halves lengthwise, then put the 2 halves on a baking sheet. Spread the margarine on the 2 halves then sprinkle the herbes on top.
  3. Grill in the middle of the oven for about 10 min. Serve.
