Festival of CheeseThis year, the American Cheese Society is holding its annual conference and competition for the first time outside of the U.S.A., and right here in Montreal! If you love cheese, this is a unique opportunity to sample 1,676 specialty items and dairy products from Canada, Mexico and U.S.A. And, of course, beer and wine producers are also there, as well as local purveyors of cheese accompaniments, including bread, crackers, nuts, dried fruits, charcuterie and honeys.
