Non è sempre facile conoscere il contenuto preciso di FODMAP degli alimenti, poiché in alcuni casi può dipendere dal tipo di lavorazione (ad esempio legumi secchi vs. legumi in scatola) o dalla parte dell’alimento (ad esempio parte verde e bianca delle cipolle verdi).
