Vermicelli di riso: 1 tazza (113 g) cotti, circa 33 g prima della cottura
Spaghetti di soba (fatti con grano e grano saraceno): ⅓ tazza (90 g) cotti, circa 35 g prima della cottura
Spaghetti konjac: 125 g (cotti o crudi hanno sempre lo stesso peso!)
Spaghetti di varech (alga): 1 tazza (113 g) cotti
