Vermicelles de riz: 1 tasse (113 g) cuites, soit environ 33 g avant cuisson
Nouilles soba (à base de blé et de sarrasin): ⅓ tasse (90 g) cuites, soit environ 35 g avant cuisson
Nouilles konjac: 125 g (cuites ou crues elles ont le même poids!)
Nouilles de varech (algue): 1 tasse (113 g) cuites
