Il n’est pas très simple de suivre une alimentation faible en FODMAP car il faut éviter completèment les aliments à teneur élevée en FODMAP et limiter ce à teneur moyenne. Avoir à sa disposition des menus faibles en FODMAP vous assure de suivre cette alimention sans vous casser la tête.
