► When do I need to do the reintroduction tests? Between meals, with meals?

To analyse your symptoms more easily, it is best to do the reintroduction tests between meals (about 2 hours). However, if you can’t do that, for example, because you don’t eat a snack, you’ll find it difficult to test certain foods between meals such as pasta, garlic and onions. In the case of foods like these, you can test them during your meal by making sure to eat the test food with foods that you are certain you tolerate well and that are low in FODMAPs.
