Gourmet Menus for Easter
This column aims at suggesting tasty, simple and quick dishes for the whole week, and these dishes are based the seasonal availability of fresh ingredients and the specials advertised in the flyers of the main food retailers.
As we are nearing the end of Easter week, I’d like to recommend five menus that are not only suitable for everyday meals but can also take the place of honor in a special holiday meal… in case you’ve not yet decided what to make for Sunday!
Whether your guests are meat or tofu-lovers, ovo-lacto or pesco-vegetarians, these meals will please all the tastes. You will find the menus for 2 to 6 servings, with the corresponding recipes and grocery lists by clicking here.
And you will even find out where to buy all the ingredients at the best price.
