The text of the notification
After having worked behind the scenes of SOSCuisine.com during the summer, I’m all set to start an undergraduate programme at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG), situated in Pollenzo in northwest Italy.
Yup, I’ll be spending the next three years of my life studying gastronomy in Italy! What amazing luck that a foodie like me gets to experience, in the words of Brillat-Savarin, “all that goes from the field to the fork.”
If all of you regular Pestoblog visitors enjoy digging up information on gastronomy, as much as I do – I invite you to follow my culinary, gustatory, cultural as well as intellectual adventures and misadventures in this country whose gastronomic reputation is widely acknowledged.
