In Conclusion

In conclusion, feeling as strong and fast as possible will come naturally with the right training and diet. Focusing too much on weight loss and targeting a specific race weight can lead to eating disorders and an unhealthy relationship with food. Trying to make a particular number appear on the scale causes loss of focus on the ultimate goals: improving athletic performance, well-being, and overall health.

SOSCuisine’s meal plans, all based on the Mediterranean diet, rich in fiber and omega-3s, and customizable according to allergies, intolerances, and individual preferences, can help you eat in a healthy and balanced way. In particular we offer a Sports meal plan and an Endurance Sports meal plan. Should you need more help, we do offer consultations with dietitians specialized in sport nutrition.
