4. Overripe Bananas

Put them in the freezer with the peels on and you can then use them in cakes, breads, smoothies, and other preparations.

5. Parmesan Rind

Wash it and add it to soups or broths to add more flavour.

6. Stale Bread

Let it air-dry completely (or dry it in the oven) and then crumble it into bread crumbs for breading.
