Gelatin has seen its fair share of trends, some of which are on this list, but nothing beats the latest one to sweep the internet. Raindrop cakes, unicorn tears, invisible mocchi, whatever you’d like to call them, these delightful little blobs are fascinating. Perfectly clear and about as delicate as a real raindrop, everybody who’s anybody online seems to have tried them. Some have even gone so far as to mix in edible glitter for a seriously dazzling effect!
