#2 Lobster Roll

Lobster Roll

One of the best street food sandwich is without a doubt the lobster roll. In Quebec, the term ‘guédille’ refers to a (toasted or untoasted) hot dog bun filled with salad and mayonnaise. When topped with lobster, it is not unlike the New England lobster roll. It is a common sight in snack bars along the Atlantic coast, from the Maritimes to Gaspésie, where it is served up with crab, shrimp or lobster meat. All you need now are a chilled bottle of white wine and a nice quiet beach in which to enjoy this ultimate summer delicacy!
